All employees in an organization, regardless of their role, can be placed into one of two groups: the Know Group and the Not-Know Group. Chapter two shows how this simplification applies to your organization and how employees transfer back and forth between the two groups. This chapter will also define a False Positive and how it relates to working within the organization’s safety expectations. Finally, it will highlight common excuses as to why safety expectations are not met.
